Designed in house, at Bird Construction by the business development unit (design team), the Maritime Dance Academy is a simple 2-storey building, constructed of steel frame and tilt-up concrete panels. Located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, the academy has six dance halls on the second floor along with change rooms, lounge/reception, and a school store. The ground floor is an open floor plate with opportunity to demise for retail.
