VMC Tower 3 is a 55-storey tower off Highway 7 in Vaughn, Ontario. The residential tower is part of a larger masterplan with a proposed 2 million sqft final build gross floor area. The tower is composed of 1–3-bedroom units while the podium houses above grade parking, concealed by split level condo units to the north and a graphic low-res light wall to the south, facing the Vaughn Metropolitan Bus Terminal. The 900sm “art wall” has a rotating list of artists that display their works for set periods of time.
PXL Gallery
Recently unveiled, PXL Gallery, is Canada’s largest low resolution art installation. The massive 10,000 square foot programmable luminous art wall is a beacon for the City of Vaughan and beyond. This permanent public art infrastructure serves as a rotating gallery exhibiting a series of digital artworks from a series of artists for years to come.
